Acrobat pdfs can be opened and printed (in black only or in colour) using free Acrobat Reader software available at www.adobe.co.uk. You can ensure the PDFs print at full size by unchecking the box labelled 'Shrink oversize pages to paper size'. This box is found in the print dialogue box under the heading 'Copies and adjustments'.

This training resource was produced as a joint initiative by a group of project managers and trainers from the Avon, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire Strategic Health Authority (AGW SHA) area who share a common interest in the implementation of the single assessment process. It is intended for use in multi-agency training on this subject. It is not designed to be used in isolation, and it is expected that trainers will add to it according to local need and following further learning through pilot sites. It is assumed that trainers using this training resource will be linked into the development of the single assessment process locally and will be working closely with the project leads who wrote and compiled the resource.

Trainers may copy and adapt the materials given on this CD-ROM for training purposes and to suit their local situation so long as they are used in the way described above.
